Payment options

All prices are included VAT and tourist tax.
For charter fee payments we take only bank transfer payment method. After reservation a pro-forma invoice with swift info will be sent by mail.
Charter fee included: Charter of a yacht with its standard equipment and full insurance for the yacht and crew during the charter period.
Excluded: Harbour dues out of domicile marina, fuel expenses, beverages.

Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)

The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) can be paid in base marina by the Charterer before taking over of the yacht. APA can be made with wire trasfer or in cash.
The APA covers the cost of fuel, food, wines and liquors, dockage, communications, etc. Any APA not used will be returned to you at the end of the charter as you leave. Charterer is free to decided if he pay APA or not.

Optinal safety deposit:

Captain can ask a sefety deposit; In case of loss of or damage on the equipment, particular parts of the yacht, Captain shall retain an amount from this deposit, which corresponds to the value of repair, acquisition and / or purchasing the equipment or particular part of the yacht.
In case the caused damage has the consequence that yacht cannot be further chartered, captain has the right to retain the amount corresponding to the loss of profit.
In case nothing is lost or damaged this deposit will be refunded completely

Discounts

Early booking 10% till first of march of season.
For 2 weeks booking: 5%
For 3 or more weeks booking: 10%
Repeating clients: 5%
Last minutes according availability of the vessel: 5%-15% depending on period.
In order to confirm your booking, a down payment of 50% of the total charter fee should be settled upon the reservation. The rest of the charter fee should be paid at least 4 weeks prior to your embarkation.
For bookings within 6 weeks of departure, the total charter fee should be paid in one time.

Extras should be paid in cash before leaving base marine

Daily rent : obligatory 150€ supplement for final cleaning and consumed fuel.
Weekly rent: obligatory 150€ supplement for final cleaning and consumed fuel.
Transit shuttle airport Split > marine base > airport Split: 50€
Transit shuttle airport Zadar > Marine base > airport Zadar: 150€
Check in: Saturday from 17:00hr
Check out: Saturday 09:00hr , return to the marine base Friday evening.

Conditions of cancellation

If the Charterer for any reason is unable to take the possession of the yacht, he can find another person who shall instead of him undertake all rights and obligations deriving from this Contract. If a substitution for the Charterer cannot be found Charteree shall retain:
30% of the amount of charter fee for cancellation up to 2 (two) months before the charter starting date
50% of the amount of charter fee for cancellation up to 1 (one) month before the charter starting date
Total amount of the charter fee for cancellation within the last month before the charter starting date
If cancellation is due to objective reasons (death of family member, heavy injury, or other) the accepted deposit shall not be paid back, but the Charteree will give the yacht to the Charterer at his disposal for another free period of time or within another season.
